Police conclude their investigation into dog attack

(Temiskaming Shores, Ontario) - Temiskaming OPP have concluded their investigation into a dog attack incident that occurred on Tuesday August 23rd, 2005 on Ball Park Road, Cobalt, Ontario.

Two Argentino Dogos [example of breed shown] came into contact with a small mixed breed dog causing injuries to the smaller dog.

No injuries occurred to the person walking the dog but the small mixed breed dog died after the unfortunate incident.

Police have confirmed that on Thursday September 1, the two Argentino Dogo dogs were euthanized by a local animal clinic.

Police will not charge the dog owners as they have fulfilled any obligations a formal court process would be empowered to impose.
