LINCOLN CITY, Ore. - A community on the
Oregon coast is considering a controversial
proposal that could set a precedent.
A Lincoln City council member has introduced
a proposal that would make the city the
first in the state to ban Pit Bulls.
If put in place, the ban would be a controversial
move because while some consider Pit Bulls
dangerous, others see them as loving pets.
