If a Dog Owner has no fenced yard
for his dog and allows his dog out
of the house, by him/herself, to do
their business - who is in the wrong
- The Dog or the Owner?
If a Dog Owner purchases a dog for
his/her children and without consistent
training or supervision allows the
dog to play with the children and
someone get nipped - who is in the
wrong? The Dog, the Children or the
Owner?
Considering Parents are responsible
for their children up to a certain
age, then the aforementioned question
should only be applied to the Owner
and Dog.
If a Dog Owner keeps his/her dog in
a fenced yard or on a chain for Guardiing
purposes and a Delivery person or
Mailperson gets bitten while on-the-job
- who is in the Wrong - the Dog, the
Owner or the Trespassers?
Any dog can wander away from home
if not supervised, trained and/or
contained.
Any dog can get excited enough to
nip at a child or get spooked or hurt
by a child enough to make them want
to defend themselves.
Any dog can be trained to attack trespassers
or intruders. No matter what the Size,
Age, Colour or Breed;

"Dogs
are Only as Good
as Their Owners."

To state that a Specific Breed is more
loving, more predictable, more dangerous
or more compassionate than that of other
Breeds - is
Wrong. |
